Ideation
Looking at what is out in the world right now, when it comes to ergonomic crochet hook sheaths. Most seem to be soft and squishy, but some have more specific shapes. very few seem to be adjustable.
Prototyping:
Using air-dry clay, to test the comfortability of the handle, it was modeled and held. Multiple different sizes of crochet hooks fit.
Some requirements:

* must be a large enough body to fit sensors inside (to monitor the user's movement)

Developing the App:
Created four different screens- Home Screen, Leaderboard, Library, and Profile.
Home Screen:
The user can adjust this screen to fit their needs, but here is an example of what it can have.
The user can see the pattern, with a highlighted row: that is the pattern and the row the user is currently on, in their current project. There is an advertisement for this month's free-release pattern, from Loop's own pattern makers. These would be month or season themed, and free to any user on the app. The user's chats show up on the home page, providing a location to keep in touch with their community. The user can also see how long they have been crocheting from the homepage. Finally, the stretch of the day shows up here as well- all stretches are free to all users.
At the bottom of all screens, are tabs that allow the user to easily go from tab to tab.

Library:
A searchable database of patterns created by Loop's patternmakers, and where the user can type or scan in their own patterns (either they created or they purchased from an outside source) so they can still benefit from Loop's health technology.

Health section has a library of suggested stretches to help a person deal with pain they might experience from constant use of their hands.

Loop Sheath in Charger:
* Ergonomic Body and light plastic shell to reduce stresses on the hands
* Inside rubber strips that grip onto varying sizes of crochet hooks
* Corkscrew grip shows the twisting motion to open and close the rubber strips when replacing the size of hook
* Base for charging, reduces the weight of the hook because batteries and plugs are kept in the base and not the case
* Loop Logo on charging base
* Connection to base is magnetic
* Base has a USB port for easy charging capabilities- does not need a special cord
